Our company was founded in 1938 with love and passion for the Cretan knife tradition. We follow the footsteps of our grandfather Skalidakis as the third generation of knife makers. We have both traditional and modern equipment, in order to create the traditional knives of Crete, your souvenirs.

Moreover, we are always close to our customers, with consistency, able and always willing to help them sharpen their knives and cutters (scissors-saws). Everything is repaired by our own hands.
