Description

Kai Shun Premier Tim Malzer range has a core from VG-10 steel with a hardness of 61±1 HRC, making the blade extremely durable and very sharp. The 32 layers of prune steel blade is resistant to corrosion and is forged in hand, a surface known in Japan as Tsuchime. The Premier series is made by Japanese master forgers from Seki city and characterized by a symmetrical laminated walnut handle, which can be used by right and left handed. It has a 16,5 cm blade and a 11 cm handle. A fork which has been combined to cut with precision sliced meat, sliced ham, roast, fish and is very versatile for such use.
